We are do-it-yourselfers and experimenters. In our hotel, you'll find handmade soaps and homemade lemonades & tonics that we're happy to mix with gin, prosecco, or vodka.
What we can't create ourselves, we source locally and sustainably. We prefer small farmers and wineries in our selection over international corporations, so you won't find spirits/drinks from abroad here, such as Aperol, Coca Cola, Bacardi, etc...
